# Introduction

The TruWeather V360 platform is an all-in-one digital weather solution, custom built for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). It provides users with comprehensive access to low-altitude weather information that is designed to support safe and informed operational decision-making. The V360 platform is unique in that it utilizes a brand agnostic and proprietary network of micro-weather sensors to enhance the situational awareness of the user and better inform TruWeather’s atmospheric models, also available on the platform. The V360 platform utilizes plug-and-play capability for weather sensor integration, putting the power of hyper-local weather in the user’s hands. TruWeather’s V360 platform is available through both web-based user interface (UI) as well as API.

In addition to the V360 platform, TruWeather hosts a number of professional services backed by our highly skilled and aviation focused meteorologists. These services include data gap analyses, weather proficiency training, and climatological studies. On staff meteorologists are also able to provide on-call or forecast services tailored to customer needs. Additionally, with the teamwork between our meteorologists and software engineering staff, TruWeather can conduct workflow and API analyses to maximize usability of micro-weather data.

By following the procedures and guidance outlined in this operating instruction focused on the web-based user interface, users will gain a clearer understanding of current and forecasted weather conditions. This operating instruction will also include information on how to access API services and other professional services offered by TruWeather. These services will improve situational awareness, enable more accurate flight planning, and enhance the ability to make confident go/no-go decisions for mission operations.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://truweathersolutions.gitbook.io/info/documentation/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
